⚠️ Installation & Safety Warning: Replacing the cooling fan requires frunk disassembly and electrical care. CRITICAL:
  1. Part Type: DO NOT list as "Light" or "Accessory". This is a COOLING FAN.
  2. Frunk Removal: MUST remove Frunk Storage Unit & Wiring Harness Bracket first. USE 10mm SOCKET. NO SCREWDRIVERS.
  3. Torque Specs:
    • Upper Isolator Bolts (x4): 6 Nm.
    • Lower Mounting Bolts: 10 Nm.
    • Frunk Bracket Bolts: 16 Nm.
    • NO impact wrenches. Over-torque = Fan Frame Warp.
  4. Connector Lock: PRESS LOCK TAB before unplugging. NEVER pull wires. Broken tab = Harness Replacement.
  5. System Test: MANDATORY run Cooling Fan Test via Controls > Service after installation. Verify RPM & Direction.
