  2. Seals & Torque: MUST use NEW O-rings. Tighten mounting bolts to 8-10 Nm MAX. NO impact wrenches. Over-torque = Cracked Plastic Valve.
  3. System Bleed: MANDATORY run Service Mode > Thermal System Bleed via diagnostic tool. Manual bleeding is INSUFFICIENT. Air pockets = Overheating & Pump Failure.
  4. Actuation Test: MUST perform Valve Active Test via scanner to verify smooth open/close operation before refilling.
