⚠️ Installation & Safety Warning: Replacing the coolant pump carries HIGH RISK OF MCU DAMAGE. CRITICAL:

NOT ENGINE PUMP: This is for Motor/Inverter Cooling. Tesla has NO ENGINE.
Service Mode: MUST run Stop Thermal Fill/Drain via Service Mode before removal. NEVER remove while pump is spinning.
Coolant Purge: MANDATORY run Coolant Purge routine (approx. 10 mins) after installation. Monitor reservoir level constantly.
Air Lock Check: If pump speed hovers at ~7000 RPM during purge, STOP. System has AIR LOCK. Re-vacuum fill immediately. Air lock = MCU OVERHEAT RISK.
Lubrication: MUST use Silicone Lubricant on NEW O-rings. NEVER use petroleum grease.
Torque: Tighten mounting bolts to 1.8 Nm only. DO NOT OVER-TORQUE. Plastic manifold threads strip easily.
