Jack Mode: MUST enable Jack Mode via Controls > Service > Jack Mode before lifting. This disables auto-leveling and prevents crushing injuries.
Depressurize: Follow Tesla Service Manual procedures to depressurize the air system before disconnecting air lines.
Ride Height Torque: DO NOT fully tighten the lower link bolts while the wheel is hanging. Lower the car to normal ride height first, then torque to spec (e.g., 115 Nm for lower link) to prevent bushing tear.
Calibration: Post-installation diagnostic calibration (SUSPEND_CALIBRATE) is MANDATORY. Driving without calibration causes incorrect ride height, harsh ride, and suspension faults.
