⚠️ Installation & Safety Warning: Replacing the Pyro Fuse is a HIGH VOLTAGE SAFETY PROCEDURE. CRITICAL:
- HV Certification: MUST be performed by Tesla Certified / HV Trained Technicians. Wear Class 0 (1000V) Insulated Gloves & Face Shield. Remove all jewelry.
- Disable HV: MUST execute Vehicle High Voltage Disable Procedure and disconnect 12V battery before touching any orange cables.
- Resistance Test: MANDATORY post-install resistance check using Hioki Micro-ohmmeter. Target: < 0.060 mΩ (verify specific spec in manual). High resistance = FIRE RISK.
- Torque + Angle: Tighten bolts to 5 Nm + 60° (or manual spec) and mark with paint pen. DO NOT reuse old bolts.
- Root Cause: If blown due to charging surge, inspect Charger/OBC before installation to prevent recurrence.
