- O-Rings: MUST install NEW O-rings with PAG Oil. NEVER reuse old seals. Leaks = Compressor Failure.
- Torque Specs:
- Compressor Bolt: 10 Nm.
- Condenser Nut: 8 Nm.
- Chassis Bracket Nut: 6 Nm.
- NO impact wrenches. Over-torque = Crushed Seal.
- Vacuum: MANDATORY vacuum 30-45 mins (< 500 Micron). NO "Purge" method. Moisture = A447 Fault.
- Condenser Check: If replacing due to compressor failure, MUST clean/replace condenser. Clogged condenser = New part fails in 30 days.
