NOT A/C Condenser: This is the Battery/Motor Radiator, NOT the A/C Condenser. Verify your diagnosis before ordering.
Coolant Purge Routine: MUST run the Coolant Purge routine via Service Mode/Toolbox after installation. Test lasts approx. 10-15 minutes. Failure to purge air causes overheating and performance derating.
Monitor Level: Keep coolant reservoir cap off during purge. Top off to Max line as the pump circulates fluid.
Seal & Clips: Inspect and replace broken clips or damaged seal strips. Poor sealing reduces cooling efficiency and causes wind noise.
Connector Care: Use proper technique for quick-connect coolant fittings. Never force or pry to avoid leaks.
