This complete assembly restores factory ride height, damping performance, and steering geometry. CRITICAL: LEFT (LH) SIDE ONLY. For STANDARD COIL SUSPENSION ONLY. ⚠️ Installation & Safety Warning: Replacing the front strut assembly requires specialized tools and precision torque. CRITICAL:
- LH Side Only: DO NOT confuse with Right side. This is strictly LEFT (LH).
- Special Socket: MUST use 13mm Thin-Wall Strut Socket (1467109-00-A) for top nuts. Standard sockets WILL NOT FIT and may damage the tower.
- Ride Height Torque: DO NOT fully tighten the lower control arm bolt (106 Nm) while the wheel is hanging. Lower the car to normal ride height first to prevent bushing tear.
- Stabilizer Link: The stabilizer link nut is ONE-TIME USE. MUST replace with new nut (98 Nm) during reassembly.
- Alignment: MANDATORY 4-wheel alignment after installation. Driving without alignment causes rapid tire wear and handling issues.
