⚠️ Installation & Safety Warning: Replacing parking brake pads on Model S/X requires EPB Service Mode activation via the touchscreen. Crucial:

Enter Maintenance Mode: Navigate to Chassis > Brakes > EPB Service Mode and select Start to release the parking brake motors. NEVER attempt to disassemble the caliper without releasing the EPB, or the internal gear mechanism will be destroyed.
Separate System: Model S/X uses separate pads for driving and parking. Do NOT mix up the(driving brake pads) with these parking brake pads.
Re-engage EPB: After installation, select Stop in the EPB Service Mode to re-engage the motors.
Test: Always test the parking brake function on a safe, level surface before returning the vehicle to the customer. Professional installation is highly recommended.
