Estimated Delivery:Nov 06 - Nov 10

Premium replacement pedestrian protection actuator for Tesla vehicles. This precision-engineered pyrotechnic actuator is a critical component of the Active Hood system. In the event of a frontal collision with a pedestrian or cyclist, it rapidly lifts the rear edge of the hood to create a protective crumple zone, significantly reducing the risk of severe head injuries. Manufactured to exact Tesla specifications, it ensures reliable deployment and seamless integration with the vehicle's Restraint Control Module (RCM).

ALWAYS disconnect the 12V battery and the First Responder Loop, and wait at least 1-2 minutes before handling to prevent accidental deployment. If this actuator has deployed, the RCM, pressure sensor tube, and hood hinges MUST also be replaced. Post-installation, a diagnostic tool (Toolbox) is strictly required to run RCM post-replacement tasks and clear DTCs. Professional installation by a certified technician is mandatory.
