⚠️ Installation & Safety Warning: Replacing the frunk reinforcement beam requires frunk tub disassembly. CRITICAL:

Frunk Removal: You MUST remove the front trunk storage unit. Disconnect latch motor, light connectors, and steering rack harness clips before prying. Use plastic trim tools only.
Torque Specs: Tighten the 2 bolts securing the beam to the cooling fan to 46.5 Nm. Tighten the 4 bolts securing the isolation bracket to the beam to 6 Nm. Do NOT use impact wrenches.
Harness Routing: Reinstall the 3 steering rack harness clips to the new reinforcement beam. Failure to secure the harness can cause chafing or fan interference.
Function Test: After installation, test the frunk tub for proper seating and check for any rattles or loose fittings.
