⚠️ Installation & Safety Warning: Replacing the front trunk latch bracket is a safety-critical procedure. CRITICAL:

Frunk Disassembly: You MUST remove the front trunk tub and rear panel to access the bracket. Disconnect latch motor and light connectors before prying. Use plastic trim tools only.
Latch Adjustment: After installation, MUST check the latch engagement depth and frunk lid closing height. If the lid requires excessive force to close or sits too high/low, adjust the bracket position or recalibrate the latch.
Torque Spec: Tighten mounting bolts to 8-10 Nm. Do NOT use impact wrenches. Over-torquing will strip the threads in the aluminum body panel.
Safety Check: NEVER drive with a loose or damaged latch bracket. A failed latch can cause the frunk to fly open at highway speeds, blocking your view and causing a crash.
