⚠️ Installation & Safety Warning: Replacing the front bumper beam requires full removal of the front bumper fascia. Always disconnect the 12V battery before starting to prevent electrical shorts or accidental airbag deployment. Crucial: This is a critical safety component. Inspect the mating surfaces on the front crash cans (absorbers) for deformation; if the crash cans are compressed, they MUST be replaced. All structural bolts securing the beam to the crash cans are torque-to-yield and MUST be replaced with new OEM fasteners. Post-installation, ADAS camera calibration may be required if the front camera was disturbed. Professional installation by a certified body shop is mandatory.
